Mobile Therapy Centers of America (MTC) is a child-centered service agency designed to deliver multi-disciplinary therapy services in convenient and familiar settings to children and their families.

Yes! A majority of the children that are seen for therapy do not have any severe challenges. However, families are now seeking support to give their child a boost in specific skill development whether it’s making friends, helping with a developmental milestone such as potty training, or emphasizing early academics such as early reading. Early detection and appropriate intervention is the key to the success of all young children. If you have any questions about your child’s development, an experienced therapist can discuss your concerns with you. MTC also offers complimentary developmental screenings which can help to identify any needed areas of support. Participating in a screening can help you decide whether further testing or a consultation may be appropriate for your child. We encourage you to call us with any questions you have about the various services that are offered at MTC.

Mobile Therapy Centers of America provides ongoing free developmental screenings which continue to monitor your child’s skills as he/she progresses through early childhood. Should therapy services be warranted, MTC services are in-network with many major health care providers. Our office staff specializes in navigating the insurance world and can assist in reviewing your health benefit options with you. For those who wish to pursue support through private pay, there are additional options and payment plans available.

Mobile Therapy Centers of America believes in regular and ongoing communication to ensure the highest quality of its services. If at any time you have a question regarding your child’s services, it is recommended that you reach out to your child’s therapist directly. MTC Regional Managers also routinely check in with you to obtain your feedback on your experience with MTC’s overall services and to request input on your child’s experience with his/her therapist(s). Each child grows along a continuum of development. What may have been something that a sibling has outgrown may not be the case for another. MTC therapists can offer a specialist’s perspective on age-appropriate developmental benchmarks that will help educate your family on milestones and “red flags” of what is typical versus something that is less commonly seen in same-aged peers. In addition, MTC’s approach is to be a proactive resource to families. When your child is struggling, even if it’s something you’ve seen before, our goal is that you can feel comfortable to reach out to us for some additional tips, tricks, and resources that will make this time around a little smoother for everyone.

Mobile Therapy Centers of America offers a range of initial services that can help support your family’s education and readiness to begin steps towards your child’s success at any stage in their development. You may wish to begin by implementing the recommendations and suggestions offered by MTC therapists following a free developmental screening. This allows you to see how your child first responds with additional home practice in target areas. You may choose to start with a comprehensive evaluation with one of MTC’s licensed and credentialed therapists. Evaluations offer an opportunity to dig deeper into a more global understanding of your child’s specific skill areas of strength as well as those areas that are more challenging and will identify where your child currently falls as compared to same aged peers. Evaluations further detail individualized goals and recommendations for home and childcare areas of support. MTC therapists view your child’s family and childcare staff as critical collaborators in creating a functional and detailed plan to help your child succeed.
