Can I Get a Tour of the Mobile Therapy Centers Clinic(s)?

Yes! We are currently doing tours by appointment only (early morning or late evening).

If you are interested in ABA Therapy, please contact an MTC team member at asktheteam@mtcus.com or 1-800-977-9072 and we will set up a tour for you.

Do You Have a Waitlist For ABA or Mental Health Services? What About For Your Other Services?

Currently, there is no waitlist for ABA Therapy.

Do You Offer Free Screenings?

Yes! Our licensed and credentialed staff provide FREE developmental screenings and consultations.

Does MTC Provide On-Site Services in My Home, School or Daycare?

We provide multidisciplinary services at your child’s home and school/daycare. Contact us for additional information regarding therapist availability, as well as what the schools/daycares are currently allowing.

How Long Will the Intake Process Take?

ABA intake through assessment is normally completed in less than a month.

For ABA Therapy, please reach out to an MTC team member at asktheteam@mtcus.com or 1-800-977-9072 for additional details and questions.

A new client can typically begin Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy and/or Feeding Therapy services within two weeks of beginning the enrollment process. However, depending on if prior assessment or current IEP is available, assessments are typically completed within 2 weeks.

How Old Does a Child Need to Be To Start Therapy Services?
  • In Illinois, the minimum age is 2 and the maximum age is 22.
  • In Tennessee, it is determined on a case-by-case basis.

We are in-network with most commercial insurance companies and all TennCare providers:

    Elaina Pagliarulo AACOTA/L, AAT Handler

    Elaina is a part of our MTC Occupational Therapy Department and received an education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, McHenry County College, and Husson University. She has a strong passion for working with both animals and children. Elaina has always wanted to incorporate both of these passions into her career and is incredibly excited to bring Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) to Mobile Therapy Centers!

    MTC's Therapy Dog: Rocky

    Rocky is an Australian Mountain Doodle who loves to learn, play, and meet new people. Rocky joined our MTC team when he was just 8 weeks old and has been training to support the clients of MTC from day one. His kind and loving nature makes him the perfect match for Animal-Assisted Therapy, and Rocky can not wait to meet all his new friends through the MTC AAT program!
