Job Overview
Mobile Therapy Centers (MTC) is a private practice with a progressive service delivery model, where the therapists come to the client. Over the last 16 years, Mobile Therapy Centers has evolved from a single therapist offering a single service to employing over 100 health professionals, who provide a multitude of high-quality customized therapeutic services (ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Counseling) for children, teens, adults, and families.
Senior BCBA is a key leadership role that includes oversight, implementation, development, and training of new and current employees, systems, policies, procedures, and overall drive for the company’s success. Will have the skills, confidence, and unique ability to harmoniously integrate the major functions of the business and assist the day-to-day issues that arise. Hybrid scheduling available with work out of our Libertyville, & Crystal Lake, IL clinics.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work 3 days on-site, and 2 days remote each calendar week.
See clients in clinic, schools, and home settings as needed.
Attend monthly meetings with managers of departments such as scheduling, billing, and HR team to ensure consistency, collaboration and follow through.
Work closely with directors, and RBT supervisors to develop and implement new policies and procedures.
Engage, mentor, manage and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs while also handling an average client caseload of 5 clients.
Supervises BCBA’s or graduate students (1x a month at minimum).
Assist with weekly Audits of Therapy Notes and ensuring completion/conversion.
Assist monthly audit of enrolled and discharged clients per clinic.
Assist auditing offboarding of ABA clients in EMR systems to ensure clients/staff are active and discharged and adjusted accordingly.
Assist with ensuring ABA treatment plans make deadlines with insurance and coordinate with billing any additional follow up.
Meet with Director of ABA services, & RBT Supervisors to discuss/report ABA trends, concerns, highlights etc.
Escalate systemic and/or critical problems and recommend appropriate solutions for immediate and long-term resolution.
Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
Design and supervise behavior analytic interventions.
Complete well-written evaluation and client progress reports in a timely manner.
Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Experience
Master’s degree in psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
2 years experience as a BCBA

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
